Saturdays. #2

Tuesday, 12.05am ; LivingRoom. supposed to be otp, but idk where the person i am supposed to be talking to went. maybe already immersing himself into a sweet, deep dream. #fml OKAY nvm. i missed a post on my usual Sunday. so here i am now, making up to it. 

- The usual Saturday again. our once-a-week-day-out (: alil different frm usual, cos we have an extra person. HAHA, me brought me sis along. Decided to head to KLCC, cos the sister wants to go to Kinokuniya to burn my 200bucks book vouchers. there goes 200bucks fr few books. BUT ANYWAY, it was worth those vouchers cos we got 2 really good books. will be revealing what book it is, and WHY isit good. HAHA. 

left home around 2pm. reached in more or less 20+mins and we were surprised by how empty is parking lot as we had expected it would be all packed. 

so we sampai there, i was damn fcking hungry. cos i was so busy pigging out and everyone ditched me at home for bfast while im snoring out loud. SO I HAD MY BRUNCH AT 3-4PM. why so late leh ? so here goes the story lah. WE SAMPAI-ED KLCC, looked for the directory board. DISCUSSED AND TOOK US FOREVER TO DECIDE WHERE TO EAT. its always a chaos whenever me & the boyf decides where & what to eat. cos we no want choose what to eat. cos we picky like that and troublesome like that. #PROBLEM. SO OK LOR, SNOOOPY CAFE (Charlie Brown's Cafe) NEVER TRY BEFORE MAR SO GO LOR. we find find find find find find find find find everywhere for that stupid cafe, CANNOT FIND. took us damn long and too damn many energy to walk around & search for it. BOYF KEEP NAGGING COMPLAIN VERY HUNGRY BUT HE NO WANT LISTEN TO ME AND INSISTS THE CAFE IS AT GROUND. me say ''NO NO NO, NOT GROUND LAH'' so we kept searching & searching & finally WE FOUND IT. WALAOH DAMN CUTE ALL THE SNOOPY ALL, CHARLIE BROWN ALL. CUTE LEVEL X1000000000000000000000000000000000. so hungry, OPEN MENU, flip flip X10. i really dont knw why people would spend so much to eat there. im not fascinated by the menu AT ALL. attractiveness 0. the food looked as if it could be found just about any foodcourt could serve, oh well apart from the coffee that has the cartoon on it. #LOL Y U ALL LIKE TO GO EAT THERE ? anyways, i couldnt risk the money to eat there, i doubt the food quality & the tastiness. so i walked out #LIKEABOSS w the bf & sis. HAHA, and we continued to hunt for a better food place. AND TADAH ! YUZU IT IS :)) 

took us quite some time to decide what to order, cos the menu was filled with good food. 

so, i settled down w a Yuzu Bento ! 

MUST TRY, 38bucks ONLY ! there's an appetizer, tempura, chicken, giant unagi roll, cha soba, chawanmushi, soup in pot, garlic rice, greentea tiramisu, egg custard & fruits ! I DIDNT KNOW THIS BENTO WOULD BE SO FILLING, so you can actually share among 2 pax if youre a small eater. (: was bloated altho i already tried to stuff the boyf & sis w the food i have in the bento ! D: guilty as charged.

WAGYU ISHIYAKI, but still, Xenri's ze best. 55bucks

Salmon Harasu Aburiyaki 22bucks fresh salmon i would say.

 b's Mix Fish Nabeyaki Udon 26bucks.

I rate Yuzu 6/10 . failed to bring out the Wagyu's taste. maybe it was marinated defo, not so good. but it wasnt quite a good try. but my vote still stays at Xenri. HAHA. 

- Walked around the whole place, wanted to get a few pieces of macaroons from Harrods but i forgot & instead we went to Garrett's fr popcorn. too bad Macadamia was sold out, so we went with the caramel crispy. JuiceWorks + Garrett = good gone bad. HAHA, weirdest combination ever but i couldnt afford another GongCha in my stomache. i need something to detoxify my stomach !

Lazy Sunday, 10.56pm ; Living room. Having mask on my face. got so sick of the tv, i decided to do some writing (:

       Been a while since we went shopping bcos someone was so caught up w work *ahem*. but its okay, no work no future. LOL true what -_- haha. 

while waiting at home for B to arrive -_- took him long enough to come. almost starved to death. #CLOSE ENOUGH had this sudden craving for Meatballs so first place comes to mind for em MEATBALLS IS IKEA ! wooohoo, and no doubt super long queue & packed. lucky enough i hunt down 2seats & he went to get meatballs. i couldnt remember when was the last time i dived myself into a plate of 15meatballs w those orgasmic gravy w fries. DAMNIT, i feel like giving up dieting.

25bucks each, carrot, strawberry & broccoli. i wanted to bring all 3 home, but B said no. he gave me the U-THINK-U-STILL-SMALL face. #OKAY was allowed to choose 1 out of 3, so me, #LIKEABOSS chose none & left the 3veggies alone.

*cannot bring home, so i walked around the whole place w all 3 in my hands* yes people STARED at me.

whole day was about eating. i feel the fats running

he said there's nothing good to eat @curve, so decided to go Mont Kiara for Porto Romano. A Mediterranean Cuisine. PERFECTO ! my first visit, but im hooked to their dishes seriously. money wise, not so affordable. BUT no harm treating yourself a good meal right. we went last min, its Saturday night & they had a full house on the 2nd floor. we had to sit at the bar counter at first, but lucky us a table behind left right after we placed out order. so we shifted :3 best if you place a booking before going for dinner. perfect ambiance, for couples or close people. chitchats, relaxing music & warm enough. He chose all the dishes for the night, cos i was kinda lost looking at the menu bcos everything SOUNDS damn delicious. HAHA. so we end up w a Broccoli Soup, Seabass Fillet, King Tiger Prawn (my-now-fav) & Kilkenny draught. smooth draught (Y) thumbs up

Levain

29Feb, Noon ; Living room. Got my lunch done an hour ago. Being a potato couch like usual, so decided to do some typing at this hour. :]

 - Last Saturday ; 25th. Been planning an outing since forever w the girls ever since we finished our foundation year. hadn't really been hanging out w em. So finally we all (Xuegie, YeanWearn, Hwawee) except for Navina made it to meet up and do some catch up with each other. Decided on Levain during the lunch hour. wasnt really packed, but was quite a number of people there when we reached. 

As soon as we settled down for a table downstairs, we went down to order food. i got myself a potato salad and a meatball bread while the others took some breads and a meatball spaghetti.

After the catch up session @Levain, the boyf came to pick me up & we went to Pav for dinner. Decided to dine @Suki-ya . Its Shabu Shabu buffet. rm49.90 per pax if not mistaken. Its really affordable and worth the money ! Unlimited meat supply (beef,chicken,lamb) and they have a Healthy Bar ! The healthy bar consists of all kinds of vege & mushrooms ! :D my favourite. Shiitake mushroom, enoki, tofu,, egg, vege and etc etc. didnt get a chance to take a good pic of the place and all that, but will try IF i were to go again the next time. Highly recommended if you can eat unlimitedly ! 2hours limit fr you to eat all you can (:
